Biography

Júlio Riccó was born in 1983, in Presidente Prudente and moved to the city of São Paulo, where he lives and works as a photographer. He specialized in architectural photography. In 2009, he founded the first photography school in the city of Bauru (EFB - School of Photography in Bauru).

In addition to photography, he develops an academic path focusing on photographic language. Graduated in Advertising and Propaganda (2006), Master in Visual Arts from Universidade Estadual Paulista (2010) and PhD in Design and Architecture from the University of São Paulo (2018). 

On youtube, he shares relevant information about photographic and cinematographic language and everything that can help and assist the photographer to improve his work or hobby. In this space, he dedicates to one of the most incredible things he has learned in the course of his life: teaching.

2016. Finalist in the 24th edition of the Nascente Program in the area of Visual Arts in the Photography category, University of São Paulo.

2015. Honorable Mention in the II Contest of photographs of good with God, Mosteiro Santíssima Trindade.

2009. 3rd place in the 9th Salon of Visual Arts of Guarulhos by the Popular Jury, City Hall of Guarulhos - São Paulo.
